Lead a team of video producers, editors and animators who create all internal and external video content for Brightcove. In my role, I manage both the content strategy and video production processes using video to drive engagement across marketing touchpoints including our website, social media, virtual events, internal company communications, and other digital channels.
Directed the video production life-cycle from concept to publishing including ideating new video pitches to fuel overall content strategy, narrative development, storyboarding, pre-production, hands-on technical production, post-production, editing and channel activation.
Executed the Company’s video-first content strategy translating Brightcove’s differentiated story for each product and solution, offering key messaging and positioning designed into a compelling buyer-centric narrative.
Created SLAs and program frameworks to decrease production cycle time to seven days enabling the larger organization to better plan and leverage video content throughout their campaign calendars.
Established marketing success metrics for video content, monitored KPIs and applied relevant insights to focus and define effective video marketing campaigns. Reported out on metrics to leadership allowing stakeholders to optimize video content strategy.

Spearheaded the reorganization of video production resources for the Dassault North America campus by implementing a system of best practices for resource allocation and equipment in support of 1200 people. Resulting in increased use of the video studio space, and better access for all employees.
Reorganized the video production resources for the North America by campus creating a sharing system for resource and equipment allocation to support 1200 people that dramatically increased the use of video studio space.
Produced a series of short-form customer advocacy videos for SOLIDWORKS Entrepreneurs Program, including pre-production storyboarding, location scouting, script creation, filming, editing, post-production, and distribution of content via the corporate YouTube channel.
Spearheaded the creation of new visual content for the relaunch of the SOLIDWORKS website (www.solidworks.com): produced and delivered over 320 individual pieces.
Segway — Designer, Marketing Content Producer | Sept. 2013 - May 2017
Led a comprehensive refresh of Segway’s visual brand identity including a style guide used to showcase Segway’s new brand image across the international dealer and distributor network.
Responsible for the creation of all visual media (i.e. print design, infographics, email campaigns and photographs) used to market and sell Segway products to the US consumer market.
Produced multiple guerrilla marketing videos for social media (Facebook, YouTube) intended to create brand awareness and product familiarity with alternative market segments.
Sourced vendors and managed the creation of Segway’s point-of-purchase retail displays for roll-out in six, national big-box retailers.
