In fall 2024, Brightcove launched a suite of AI-powered video tools, and I led the production of a keynote video featuring the CEO to establish the company’s leadership in the space. Balancing creative vision with strategic positioning, I chose a modern NYC location and designed a dynamic visual approach that blended authentic on-camera delivery with post-production enhancements. By leveraging a shallow depth of field and integrating motion graphics in post, we ensured clarity, flexibility, and a premium aesthetic. The final video became a centerpiece of the launch, featured on the company homepage, in press coverage, and across all digital channels.

In the spring of 2022, my team produced a customer testimonial project for SXSW, showcasing how they used Brightcove technology to stream their annual festival. I led an eight-week production plan, starting with remote interviews to align on the story before committing to travel, ultimately deciding to hire a local crew for efficiency. On-site, I directed a six-person team, capturing 13 hours of footage, including multi-cam interviews, cinematic b-roll, and drone shots. The project resulted in multiple video assets, including a 22-minute feature that became a marquee piece on Brightcove’s PlayTV, driving high engagement across channels.
