Being the sole designer for a globally recognized consumer brand taught me how to be creative, agile, and resourceful.
I worked with engineering and product managers to become a product expert, and applied that knowledge to create content that better connected with customers. Responsible for the creation of all visual media (i.e. print design, infographics, email campaigns and photographs) used to market and sell Segway products to the US consumer market.
Produced a comprehensive refresh of Segway’s visual brand identity including a 36 page style guide used to showcase Segway’s new brand image across the international dealer and distributor network.
Sourced vendors and managed the creation of Segway’s point-of-purchase retail displays for roll-out in six, national big-box retailers.
Produced multiple guerrilla marketing videos campaigns for social media (Facebook, YouTube) intended to create brand awareness and product familiarity with alternative market segments while still keeping an extremely low overhead production cost.
